We do not intend to collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, or sexual orientation) through our Services. Please do not submit such information unless it is strictly necessary and you have an appropriate legal basis to do so.

Polymerize stores personal data on secure servers located in Singapore, and may process data in other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Grievance Officer (India)
In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and rules made thereunder, our Grievance Officer can be contacted at the above address and email.
The Grievance Officer will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve them within 15 days of receipt, in line with applicable law.
